Enterprise & Art organizes several art- and design fairs in the Netherlands, such as Realisme (Amsterdam, January), Artantique (Utrecht, April), Open Art Fair (Utrecht, September) en Meesterlijk - design and craft (Eindhoven, October).
Enterprise & Art is also specialized in connecting companies and art. We give advice on policy and acquisition, we assist at collection management and provides consultancy and organisational services in the field of visual arts and culture. Specialised in bringing the business community together, Enterprise & Art provides policy and acquisition advice, assists with the preservation of collections, and prepares carefully considered strategies for maximising the communication potential of art.
Enterprise & Art also posesses extensive experience and expertise in organizing exhibitions and cultural projects of all sizes.
Erik Hermida is art historian. Following his studies at the University of Amsterdam he founded Enterprise & Art in 1987. As director, Erik Hermida has initiated and organized many projects in the field of art and business, such as exhibitions, symposia, book productions and art fairs.
Erik Hermida is head of the team that has been responsible for the art collections of many Dutch companies and international businesses, such as Cunard, Holland America Line and Po&O Northsea Ferries.
Liesbeth Hemelrijk studied art history at the University of Amsterdam. She has been working at Enterprise & Art for many years as senior project manager. She is involved in the organization of art- and antique fairs and advises companies concerning the acquisition of art and the management of their collections. She also compiles books and organizes exhibitions and other events.
